About the Artist:
I am a Connecticut native but currently live outside of Atlanta, Georgia USA. I studied animal science at the University of Georgia and have a passion for the veterinary field. My life took an unexpected turn after a nerve injury affected the use of my right and dominant hand and I was unable to continue working my previous job. In 2018, I began painting with my left hand as a positive outlet. Although initially very challenging, I found great fulfillment in this and felt a new sense of purpose, and was inspired to pursue art as a career. All of my work is based on animals and places I have seen and has significant meaning to me. I love sharing my paintings with others, and I genuinely appreciate all of those who have supported me!
